QUALIFICATIONS:

FULL-LENGTH FILMS:
Runtime: 40 minutes or more, but not exceeding 90 minutes.
Formats: Narrative, documentary, or experimental.

​

SHORT FILMS:
Runtime: 30 minutes or less.
Formats: Narrative, documentary, or poetic works.
